While this video looks like we are fixing weatherboards to the granny flat (very quickly), if you look closer you will see vertical strips over the wall wrap. These strips are part of a cavity system we have built into the external walls. This cavity and specific wall wrap, are designed to allow a pathway for excess inside moisture to be released outside, ultimately eliminating any mould build up that would be caused by trapping moisture in otherwise impervious walls.
