We completed this project four weeks ahead of schedule. That’s generally unheard of in this industry. What helped us to achieve this was; the owners using alternative accommodation for the duration of the build which allowed unhindered trade progress; our proactive scheduling of trades and tasks; maximising the available work hours; and overall a clear run.
