Some of our Previous Projects

  • Empty living room with large glass sliding door leading to backyard, modern kitchen with white cabinets and black appliances, skylights, ceiling fan, and wood flooring.

    Incorporated New Living Space

This project, a cathedral roofed extension and internal renovation, was inspired by an earlier project we had completed that showcased a raking roof line that created a impressive sense of open space. For these owners, this was the inspiration to get this project underway. Scope - demolish rear of house and build new extension, new bathroom/laundry combo, kitchen, deck, including redesigned internal areas, painting

  • Empty modern kitchen with white cabinets, a kitchen island, large windows showing a green backyard, and a ceiling fan.

    Incorporated New Kitchen

These owners were happy where they lived and engaged us to do a complete renovation on their two storey home including additions upstairs and several downstairs additions as well as new bathrooms, bedroom, new kitchen, living spaces and outdoor decking - a full make over. Scope - demolish several sections, add new bedroom upstairs, add new lounge area down stairs, add new bathrooms, kitchen, windows, flooring, decking, painting

  • A modern granny flat with a wooden deck and large glass doors, surrounded by flower beds and trees, with elderly people sitting at a table outside.

    Granny Flat (Under Construction)

We have designed this Secondary Dwelling drawing from passive solar design, orienting rectangular proportions east west, incorporating cross flow ventilation, with raked ceiling leading to clerestory windows that allow for heat release and also additional natural lighting when privacy curtains are drawn on the lower windows and doors. With two bedrooms this Granny Flat has a separate bathroom, separate WC and laundry comfortably providing for two or more occupants.

  • Modern bathroom with white walls, large mirror, dual sinks on wooden vanity, shower with glass partition, and a toilet near a window.

    Incorporated New Kids Bathroom

From horrible to heaven, the owners two kids now had a respectable bathroom to use, and each with their own basin - just like grown ups have

  • Modern kitchen with white cabinets, a large island with a sink, and cypress timber floor.

    New Poly Kitchen

This double brick project included knocking down several internal walls to open up the living space and create a new master bed with new ensuite, new laundry and new living spaces. We installed new timber joinery windows and doors drawing the focal point to our highly detailed kitchen including our signature walk-in pantry

  • Modern house with large windows, white cladding, a glass balcony, and a cathederal roof, set in a suburban neighborhood under a partly cloudy sky.

    Cathederal Roofed Extension

Let there be light! From a previous dark and dingy back of house that we demolished, and the owners glad to see gone, to a fresh, open connection to the backyard, with direct sight-line from the kitchen to the pool and a kitchen servery opening onto the deck complete with bar fridge and bar stools for mum, dad and friends to enjoy a cool one while they watch over their kids playing in the pool

  • Modern shower area with black rain shower head, handheld shower, and gray herringbone pattern walls tiles in a bathroom.

    Incorporated New Bathroom/Laundry Combo

Our tiler produced an excellent finish on this project, superior to what others may have done. It’s truly a pleasure to showcase high quality work

  • Kitchen with white cabinets, a wooden countertop, a stovetop with a stainless steel range hood, and pendant lights

    New Warm Kitchen

Here we completely gutted the old kitchen and working with the owners, crafted a whole new layout with many up to date and new features. Finished with poly shaker doors with timber tops and walk-in signature custom pantry

  • Two-story house with a wooden deck in backyard, screened porch, green fence, and grassy yard under a blue sky.

Full 2 Storey Additions & Renovation

We were able to finish this project weeks ahead of schedule - what was key to making this possible was that the owners had moved out, meaning, not only did we have unhindered access throughout, significantly less time and cost was required to maintain a daily habitable level of safety, cleanliness and security for the occupants

  • Construction of a house with a wooden frame and a white exterior wall, surrounded by trees and construction materials.

Extension - Turning a Pad into a Home

From a humble compact cottage we turned this dwelling into a home with wrap around verandah, increasing to three bedrooms, en-suite to master, and now with separate kitchen, dining and lounge

  • House under construction showing wooden framing, scaffolding, and brick foundation with surrounding greenery.

Major Rebuild - Opening up the View

Perched on a hill with commanding views, that were not valued when the existing cottage was built, the owners engaged us to demolish the back of the old house and build a major redesigned addition to orient whole new large living spaces and large deck towards the spectacular views

  • Construction site with a wooden roof structure, scaffolding, and building materials under a clear blue sky.

    Rib-Cage of an Extension

It all begins with an idea.
